During the review, we'll look at:
- How the process works today.
- Where work stalls, gets repeated, loses visibility, or depends on memory.
- Whether the problem appears to involve process, ownership, systems, information, or some combination.
- Whether a deeper operational assessment is justified.
What the Workflow Review is not
It is not a free implementation blueprint or detailed operational assessment. Its purpose is to determine whether there is a meaningful problem, whether it fits TaskMate's scope, and whether deeper diagnosis makes sense.

The problem may be real, but an Operational Assessment may not be the right next move. We'll identify the type of action or expertise that makes more sense without turning the review into a free implementation blueprint.

The problem appears meaningful, fits TaskMate's scope, and requires deeper diagnosis. The next step is to define the scope of an Operational Assessment.
